I didn’t set out to build an empire, I set out to survive.
Years ago, I was a young wife and mom, struggling to make ends meet. I loved doing hair, but I was burnt out, overwhelmed, and questioning if I could really create the life I dreamed of while raising a family. Out of that season of uncertainty, I developed what would become a movement: Natural Beaded Rows® Hair Extensions, a method that completely reshaped the extension industry.
Since then, I’ve gone on to create ISLA® Hand-Tied Hair, a luxury hairline trusted by artists across the nation, and I’ve built salons that deliver a world-class hair experience where women come for more than hair, they come for transformation.
But my story isn’t just about business. It’s about resilience and rebuilding.
I’ve been at rock bottom financially and emotionally and rebuilt myself piece by piece.
I’ve had to rebuild my marriage during seasons when it almost fell apart, learning how to create deeper connection and partnership while raising a family.
I’ve had to rebuild my business from the ground up, more than once, after setbacks and challenges that could have taken me out.
Through it all, I refused to completely sacrifice myself, my marriage, or my family. Instead, I learned how to build with alignment and intention.
I’ve raised four beautiful daughters and built an eight-figure business, proving that you don’t have to choose between family and ambition.
I’ve coached thousands of women, not just on the art of extensions, but on business, mindset, and the power of consistency.
I’ve competed in (and won) multiple bikini competitions, becoming well-versed in fitness and nutrition because I believe health is the foundation of confidence and creativity.
Through it all, my philosophy has remained the same:
Hair is not just vanity. It’s a vital part of self-expression, an outward reflection of the confidence, creativity, and certainty you carry inside.
I feel deeply blessed not only to raise a family, impact my industry, and coach thousands but to walk in alignment with my mission. That mission is simple:
We are vessels in this world to learn, to grow, to listen, and to impact others. When you truly lean in and listen to God, to your intuition, He will pour through you.
