I’m Danielle K. White, the creator of Natural Beaded Rows® (NBR®) and founder of ISLA® Hand-Tied Hair. I’ve spent the last 15+ years in the beauty industry building, refining, and teaching a method that didn’t exist before I created it, one that has now transformed the way stylists approach luxury hair extensions around the world.
Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve lived through seasons of rebuilding, personally, financially, and emotionally. I’ve had to learn how to start over, how to trust myself again, and how to turn hardship into something meaningful. Those experiences shaped not only the way I teach, but the way I lead.
Today, I’m a wife, a mother of five, an author of God Is My Ghost Writer, and someone who still believes deeply in doing meaningful work that actually changes people’s lives, not just their income, but their confidence and direction.
